PSAC Volleyball Athletes of the Week - 10 Tuesday, November 7, 2017 2:30 PM Volleyball: Central Division Athlete of the Week: Cambria Wierman Pitt Johnstown (Sr. / OH) Hanover, Pa. / Delone Catholic Wierman had 22 kills over the weekend and 24 digs to assist the Mountain Cats in 1-1 weekend. She also had 18 serves with only one error. Volleyball: Northwest Division Athlete of the Week: Cierah Jackson Edinboro (Fr. / OH/OPP) Berea, Ohio / Padua Franciscan Jackson recorded double-digit kills in her two matches this weekend. Her 20 kills against East Stroudsburg marked the sixth time this season she has recorded 20+ kills. Her .371 attack percentage against East Stroudsburg was her second highest against a PSAC opponent this season. She recorded a kill to end the three sets the Fighting Scots won against ESU. Her service ace against Kutztown gave Edinboro the second set. Volleyball: Southeast Division Athlete of the Week: Holly Owen Kutztown (Fr. / OPP) Hatboro, Pa. / Hatboro-Horsham Owen had 28 kills over the weekend, including a season-high 18 in a Saturday win vs, Slippery Rock. She hit .397 for the weekend with just three errors on 63 attacks. She opened the weekend with 10 kills against Edinboro Friday night, and followed with 18 kills and one error (.472 hitting percentage), including the match-winning point in Kutztown's 3-1 win over Slippery Rock. Volleyball: Southwest Division Athlete of the Week: Maggie Murray Seton Hill (Sr. / S/RS) Erie, PA / McDowell Murray helped the Griffins to two PSAC Wins that kept the team atop the PSAC Standings. Maggie was nearly perfect from the floor, with 16 kills in 22 attempts with no errors. She also added 57 assists, 8 digs, 6 total blocks and 2 aces. She had 7 kills in 11 attempts vs Millersville and a career high 9 kills in 11 attempts against Shippensburg.
