Daniel Ingulli of East Stroudsburg Named Wrestling's Champion Scholar

Bloomsburg, Pa. – East Stroudsburg’s Daniel Ingulli has been named the 2014 PSAC Champion Scholar for wrestling as announced at the PSAC Wrestling Championship hosted by Bloomsburg University.

The PSAC Champion Scholar Award, begun during the 2011-12 academic year, is modeled after the NCAA's Elite 89 award and honors the student-athlete with the top grade point average that is competing at the site of each of the PSAC's 23 team championship finals. The selection criteria for the Champion Scholar Awards is identical to that of the NCAA Elite 89 awards, which honor the student-athlete with the top GPA at each of the championship final sites of the 89 NCAA championships across all three divisions - I, II and III.

Ingulli has earned a 3.939 grade point average and 116 credits towards his business management degree. The 174 pound junior is a Hawley, Pa. native and a Wallenpaupack product.
