The second week of crossover games takes place featuring a match up of two teams that are undefeated in conference play. After the first week of crossover games, the East won five of the eight games. West Chester vs. California is likely this week’s top contest. California, which is ranked No. 6 in the country, is coming off a key win in the “Coal Bowl” against IUP, 26-24. West Chester is coming off a strong 41-24 win against Kutztown and hopes to pull off a road upset. Both teams average over 400 yards of total offense. This game will be televised by the Pittsburgh CW.
Another game of significant interest is Kutztown vs. Slippery Rock. Kutztown has started off the year playing against some of the top teams in the PSAC and hopes to snap its three game losing streak. Slippery Rock looks to get back on the attack after losing last week to Mercyhurst. The game is a rematch of last year's PSAC Championship Game in which Kutztown edged The Rock, 21-14. The last time these two teams played in the regular season was in 2009 in which Slippery Rock prevailed, 27-24.
