No. 7 Shippensburg, the Eastern Division champions, will be hosting Cheyney this Saturday at Seth Grove Stadium. West Chester is traveling to No. 13 Bloomsburg on Saturday, as the Golden Rams look to move to second in the division.
 
In the West, the divisional champion will be decided in Erie as California will be traveling to Mercyhurst and IUP will be traveling Gannon. California, upset by Slippery Rock last week, has an opportunity to win the West with a victory over Mercyhurst who also holds a 5-1 record in the division and is looking to capture the west title with a victory and IUP loss. IUP has the opportunity to take the West with a win and a California loss.

Game Notes
- Gannon is following a narrow 13-7 victory over Lock Haven, while IUP is also following a win over Clarion, 45-0.
- With their win last week, IUP sits on top of the West with an overall record of 8-1. IUP also moved up to No. 14 in the AFCA Poll and No. 6 in the Super Region One rankings.
- IUP’s Marvens Toussaint was named Defensive Athlete of the Week for the West last week. Toussaint had two interceptions in the redzone that ended two great scoring chances.
- Gannon’s Jansen Jones is coming off a career best against Lock Haven where he rushed for 183 yards. Jones now has 544 total rushing yards on the season along with 193 receiving yards. He will be facing the PSAC’s strongest rush defense and overall defense in IUP this week.
- IUP’s defense is on top of the PSAC in almost every category. The defense only allows 8.7 points per game (1st), 64.8 rushing yards (1st), 162.8 passing yards (3rd), and 227.6 total yards per game (1st).
- Gannon’s sixth ranked passing offense is led by quarterback Liam Nadler and receiver Abraham Ocasio. Nadler has passed for 2337 yards and 13 touchdowns and Ocasio has accounted for 778 of these yards and eight of the touchdowns.
- Gannon’s Will Giles leads the second ranked pass defense in the PSAC with four interceptions and 81 total tackles.
- IUP’s rushing game has been solid all year averaging 291.3 yards per game which is second in the PSAC. The rushing attack is led by Harvie Tuck who has over 1500 yards and 15 touchdowns. De’Antwan Williams adds 683 yards and six touchdowns.

Game Notes
- Both teams enter the game tied for second place in the West with an overall record of 7-2.
- Mercyhurst is following a nail-biter 24-21 win over Edinboro. California is coming-off a heart-breaking loss to Slippery Rock, 28-26, a loss that caused the Vulcans to drop to fifth in the Super Region One rankings.
- California has recorded two blocked punts in the last two weeks and has forced nine turnovers in the last three weeks.
- Last week, Mercyhurst’s Paris Bruner established a career-high 187 yards receiving Saturday, including a career-long 75-yard catch on the Lakers' game-winning drive.
- Mercyhurst’s Brown-Dukes leads the third ranked rushing offense who averages 215.2 yards per game. He has rushed for over a thousand yards and 13 touchdowns and is backed by Allen Jones II, who adds 571 yards and fivetouchdowns.
- Merychurst’s pass defense has also been exceptional this season and is ranked first in the PSAC allowing just 153.3 yards per game. The defense is led by Aaron McGee (58 tackles), Serge Augustin (6.5 sacks), and L. Robinson (2 int., 10 pass deflections).
- California quarterback, Peter Lalich leads the passing attack with 2143 passing yards and 17 touchdowns. Receiver Mike Williams accounts for 828 of these yards and seven touchdowns.
- California’s defense has also been strong this season and is even ranked second in the PSAC for rushing yards allowed. Rontez Miles leads the team with four interceptions and 65 total tackles. B.J. Stevens adds 10 sacks and 47 tackles.

- East Stroudsburg is following a close victory over LIU Post, 45-37 and Millersville is following a 59-3 loss to Kutztown.
- East Stroudsburg quarterback, Matt Soltes gained 666 yards of total offense (535 passing, 131 rushing) at LIU Post last week to set the PSAC record, and an NCAA all-division record for total offense by a freshman. ESU set the PSAC record with 828 yards (552 passing, 276 rushing), becoming the first PSAC school with more than 800 yards. He earned PSAC Offensive Athlete of the Week for his record-setting game.
- For Millersville, quarterback Ted Stachitas accounts for the majority of the offense with 576 passing yards and 230 rushing yards.
- On defense for Millersville, Lou Brown leads the team with three interceptions and 64 return yards.
- East Stroudsburg holds a 37-25-1 advantage in 63 meetings with Millersville. They have played every season since 1948, with the exception of a canceled game in 1955. ESU has won 9 of 11 since 2001 after Millersville held a 14-2-1 advantage from 1984-2000.

- Cheyney quarterback, Blaze Wasserleben leads his offense against a strong Shippensburg defense this week. Wasserleben accounts for 442 rushing yards and 602 passing yards for Cheyney’s offense.
- Isaiah Fleming leads the defense for Cheyney with 79 tackles, 6 sacks, 1 interception, and 2 forced fumbles.
- Last week, Shippensburg receiver Bryan Barley caught a 2-yard touchdown pass from Zach Zulli with 4.8 seconds remaining that gave No. 10 Shippensburg a 49-42 victory over No. 4 Bloomsburg.
- With 654 yards of total offense in Saturday’s game, Shippensburg established a new school record for total offensive yards in a season (5,179).
- Trevor Harman had seven receptions for 172 yards and three touchdowns for SU last week, breaking the single-season school record for receiving touchdowns (17) and tied the school record for career receiving touchdowns (26).
- Shippensburg enters Saturday’s game with the nation’s No. 1 total offense and No. 1 passing offense.

On defense for Lock Haven, George Christas has three interceptions and adds 55 total tackles.
- Nigel Barksdale leads the Slippery Rock offense in rushing yards gained (643), passing yards (1237), and total touchdowns (16).
- Slippery Rock has thrived this year on creating opportunities on the defensive side of the ball. The defense accounts for 13 interceptions on the year with A. Saunders and Isaiah Coleman both earning three apiece.

Game Notes
- West Chester is following a big 59-14 win over Cheyney, while Bloomsburg is coming-off a loss to Shippensburg, 49-42.
- Bloomsburg’s Garrett Pidgeon was named this week's PSAC East Defensive Player of the Week for his performance against Shippensburg.  The senior linebacker had a season-high 13 tackles against Shippensburg and had his first career interception for a touchdown.  Pidgeon leads Bloomsburg with 78 tackles, which ranks fifth in the PSAC.
- Last week for Bloomsburg, Franklyn Quiteh finished with 31 carries for 268 yards and four scores. This was his first four-TD game of the season and fifth consecutive game with multiple rushing touchdowns. Quiteh leads Division II in rushing at 179.78 yards per game and is third across all divisions.
- West Chester's Rondell White rushed for 110 yards and a touchdown last week , while Brandon Monk racked-up 213 all-purpose yards. For the season, White is third in the PSAC in rushing at 123.33 yards per game. His performance against Cheyney last week marked the sixth game this year that he has rushed for over 100 yards in a game. 
- West Chester quarterback, Mike Mattei has thrown for 2,153 yards and 24 touchdowns this season while tossing eight interceptions. His efficiency at quarterback rates second in the conference and seventh in Division II at 170.93.
 - Defensively for West Chester, Ronell Williams is the leading tackler in the PSAC and tied for sixth in Division II with 102 total tackles, 11.33 per game.  He also has six tackles for a loss and three interceptions.

- Edinboro is following a close loss to Mercyhurst in which they lost by a field goal. Clarion is following a shut-out loss to IUP.
- Edinboro has the PSAC’s fifth ranked passing offense and defense. Leading the pass attack is quarterback Cody Harris who has 2,104 passing yards and 13 touchdowns. On the defensive side of the ball, James Jackson has four interceptions while Kenny Pettis has two.
- On defense for Edinboro, Kenny Pettis leads the team in tackles with 90 while Bruce Davis adds 70 more and 11.5 sacks.
- For Clarion, Ben Fiscus leads the team in rushing yards (554), passing yards (2087) and accounts for 17 total touchdowns.
- On defense for Clarion, Brian Palmiere leads the team with 68 tackles while Julian Howsare adds 45 tackles and 10.5 sacks
 - Edinboro has been able to dominate the series with Clarion in recent years, winning eight of the last nine games, including the last two meetings. The Fighting Scots won 21-10 a year ago. Edinboro has won the last five games played at Memorial Stadium.

- Kutztown's offense boasts the second ranked scoring offense (47.7), passing offense (367.4), and total offense (506.6).
- Leading the offense for Kutztown is quarterback Kevin Morton. Morton accounts for 33 total touchdowns and 2,785 yards through the air.
- Adding to the offense for Kutztown is running back Curtis Wortham. He has rushed for a total of 764 yards and 14 touchdowns.
