PSAC Women's Swimmer of the Week
Clarissa Enslin, California
Sophomore - Freestyle
Dalview, South Africa/St. Andrews School for Girls
Enslin won an individual event and was a part of a relay team that set a new pool record in the Vulcans' tri-meet with Lake Erie and West Virginia Wesleyan last weekend. Enslin, who already owns the top time in the PSAC in the 200 freestyle, won that event in an NCAA 'B' time of 1:54.57, which is just over three seconds slower than her fastest time, but which would still rank eighth in the PSAC. She was also a part of the 200 free relay team that finished in 1:37.69, setting a new California pool record.
