Shippensburg, Pa. -
Tournament MVP Amanda Riley scored two goals to lead Bloomsburg to a 3-1 win over Shippensburg on Monday night in the PSAC Championship game. The title is the 18th all-time for the Huskies, the most in PSAC history.

RIley scored the first goal of the game 18:41 into the contest, taking an assist from Jaclyn Beasley to give the Huskies a 1-0 lead. They added to it just over a minute later as Brittany Mathews put home a rebound off a saved shot by Riley. Just before halftime, Shippensburg cut the lead in half as Taylor Jones scored off an assist by Ashley Taylor on a penalty corner. The goal was scored with no time left on the clock in the first half. That would be all the Raiders were able to muster offensively and Bloomsburg added an insurance goal in the second half as Riley converted off an assist from Amber Aulenbach.

The championship game, which was postponed from Saturday due to weather, was the fifth time in the last nine years that the Huskies and Lady Raiders met in the championship game.

For the tournament, Riley tallied three goals and an assists en route to garnering the tournament MVP award for the second straight year.
