George Hickman of Bloomsburg picked up a big win Saturday by pulling off the upset on 22nd ranked Matt Fittery of Lock Haven. After falling behind 2-0 to Fittery after the first period, Hickman fought back and escaped to start the second. Late during the third period Hickman put Fittery on his back, and with 14 seconds left in the period he earned the win by fall. Hickman’s win gave the Huskies a 12-3 lead at that point in which they did not look back, defeating the Bald Eagles 29-9. Bloomsburg improves to 8-7 and 3-3 in the EWL. Hickman and the Huskies will look to continue their momentum as they host Rutgers on February 20th.
