The league garnered five of the six spots in the regional for women's soccer, while PSAC men's teams earned three of four possible berths. Both men's and women's soccer compete in the Atlantic Region.

West Chester is riding streaks of 13 straight wins and 19 straight games without a loss. The only two blemishes for the Golden Rams were a 1-0 loss to Bloomsburg on September 2 and a 0-0 tie against Philadelphia on September 23.
Kutztown (15-5-2), the No. 2 seed, also receives a opening round bye and as it plays host to the other side of the bracket. Sunday, the Golden Bears will play the winner of Friday's California (Pa.) (No. 3 seed; 16-5-1) vs. West Virginia Wesleyan (No. 6 seed; 13-6-1) match-up.
Kutzown registered a valiant effort in a 2-1 loss to West Chester during Saturday's PSAC Championship Game. The setback ended a three-game winning streak which included a 1-0 win over California, the top seed out of the PSAC West, in the semifinals of the league tournament.
