Eastern Division Player
Charlie Parker - Millersville (Sr, G, 6-4, 185, Fawn Grove/Kennard-Dale) Parker is now a two-time Athlete of the Year selection after winning the award a year ago.  Parker led his team to the PSAC Tournament as the Eastern Division’s No. 3 seed before falling in the semifinals to Edinboro, 74-58.  Parker, who averages 16.5 points (8th – PSAC) and 5.3 rebounds per game, ranks first in the PSAC in assist to turnover ration (+1.80) while ranking second in both assists (4.66 per game) and steals (2.69 per game).  He is 16 points away from becoming Millersville’s second all-time scoring leader with his 1,913 points.  He also ranks second in MU history with 280 steals (3rd all-time – PSAC) and fourth in Millersville history in assists (444).  Including this year’s selection, Parker is now a four-time All-PSAC West First Team Selection. 
Western Division Player
Ryan McLemore - Edinboro (Sr, F, 6-9, 210, Cleveland, Ohio/St. Peter Chanel) A senior forward from Cleveland, Ohio (St. Pete Chanel), McLemore has been a dominant inside force for the Fighting Scots this season, especially on the defensive end.  McLemore set the NCAA II single-season blocks record (166) and the PSAC single-game blocks record (12) while averaging a double-double with 10.9 points and 10.5 rebounds per game.  The senior has helped guide Edinboro to the PSAC Championship game three times in the last four years, winning titles twice.  He currently ranks first nationally in blocks per game (5.6 ) and will lead his Fighting Scots into the NCAA East Regional this weekend at California.  McLemore is part of a senior class that has won a school record 89 games during their four-year span. 

 

Eastern Division Rookie
Ryan Washington - Kutztown (Fr, F, 6-7, 215, Glenside/Wissahickon) Washington was a key component to Kutztown’s success this season.  He finished as the team’s leading rebounder at 7.7 per game while starting 16 of 19 games played.  Washington also contributed 9.1 points per game to go along with 61 assists, 38 blocks and 29 steals.  The rookie recorded 10 games in double-figures for scoring as well as posting three double-double efforts, highlighted by a 19-point, 13-rebound performance against District of Columbia.  Against Millersville he posted a career-best 18 rebounds.


Western Division Rookie
Darryl Webb - IUP (Fr, G, 6-6, 220, Elkridge, Md./Long Reach)  Webb led IUP in scoring (16.5 ppg) and rebounding (8.5 rpg).  Among freshman, he ranked first in the PSAC and seventh overall, while also finishing as just one of two freshmen to rank in the league’s top 25 for scoring.   He topped all rookies in rebounding (3rd – PSAC) and tied for ninth in blocks (1.16 pg).  Webb recorded nine games with 20 or more points and also posted nine double-double performances.  He led his team in scoring on 14 occasions, including 10 of the Crimson Hawks first 13 contests.  Webb was also a second-team selection.
